This breast form is a silicone shell, with a fabric backing.  The form can be filled with "fibre-fill" to get the perfect size and shape.

My view:  "An extremely versatile breast form that can be used either as a partial or a full prosthesis.  The lightest weight breast from I have come across due to the use of fibre-fill."
